Amalfi Coast Wedding Films
Wedding films on the Amalfi Coast — Ravello, Positano and Sorrento above the sea.
01 — Amalfi Coast
Filmed the way the place asks to be
The Amalfi Coast is vertical drama. Towns stacked up the cliffs, lemon terraces falling toward the water, the sea changing colour through the day from steel to sapphire. It's a place that hands a wedding film its scale for free — every wide shot has a thousand feet of coastline in it, and every close-up has that impossibly blue backdrop. If Como is serene and Tuscany is golden, Amalfi is cinematic in the loudest, most beautiful sense of the word.
We film weddings along the coast with an eye for that contrast — the grand and the intimate in the same frame. The bride on a terrace in Ravello with the whole Gulf of Salerno behind her. A ceremony in a cliffside garden where the only sound between vows is the sea. The lemon-scented walk through Positano's stepped streets. Dinner under festoon lights as boats blink on the water below. The coast gives a film its grandeur; our job is to find the quiet human moments inside all that spectacle.
Each town has its own character. Ravello sits highest and most serene — gardens, villas and that famous endless view, beloved of couples who want elegance over crowds. Positano is colour and romance, steep and photogenic. Sorrento, just around the peninsula, offers grand hotels and easier access. We help you choose the stretch of coast that suits your day, and plan a timeline that works with the light and the famously winding roads.
If you're marrying above the Mediterranean and want a film as cinematic as the setting — but still warm, honest and yours — we'd love to talk.

03 — Local questions
The questions couples ask
Can you use a drone on the Amalfi Coast?
It's tightly restricted in many coastal towns and over the sea. We assess feasibility for your exact venue and date and never assume it's allowed.
When is the best time to marry on the Amalfi Coast?
May–June and September–early October — warm, clear and calmer than peak summer. August is busiest and hottest.
How do you handle the coast's winding roads and timing?
We plan generous transfer times and scout routes in advance, so the schedule (and the light) holds up.
Can you also film in Capri or the Sorrento peninsula?
Yes — we cover the wider coast and nearby islands; we'll quote any extra travel up front.
